What Happens During a Tune-Up?

Our HVAC maintenance visits are thorough. For your AC, we check refrigerant levels, clean coils, inspect electrical connections, test your thermostat, and make sure the system is running efficiently. For your furnace, we inspect the heat exchanger, clean the flame sensor, check gas connections, test safety controls, and make sure everything is operating safely.

If we find a problem during a tune-up, we'll let you know right away and give you a quote. Small issues caught early are a lot cheaper than emergency repairs.
